The statistical data presented by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (M.T.E) on salary differences do not reflect discriminatory practices between men and women who perform the same functions in our company.

The data only reflects differences by groups of occupations/positions and not in the same functions. For men and women who perform identical functions, the company adopts the same salary range.
